Black Ice In Mirror Is Scarier Than It Appears

This past Sunday on route 78 in New Brunswick, NJ, a man identified only as MrLegolize (by his !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) recorded a very near miss by a tractor-trailer caused by some black ice. MrLegolize (ok, let's just call him Troy from here on...) was stopped on I-78 as the black ice had caused another tractor trailer to fish tail in front of him, blocking all lanes of traffic. Troy, being the fast thinker he is, whips out his phone to record the odd situation in front of him- but suddenly hears some noise behind him, and it's coming in hot. He remains extremely and surprisingly collected through the video, as his brain was probably recalling all the significant events of his life as it prepared for the end.

Due to the slick conditions, the only skidmarks left behind were in his pants. Have a look at the video below:

This could save your life.

If you are involved in any kind of Ice or snow accident, GTF away from it now. Twice I have seen what happens to people who hang around an accident scene. A friend lost both legs pushing a car out of a ditch in a ice storm, only to have the next guy coming down the road pancake him. Another guys father whom I knew was killed by being run over by a out of control car while helping somebody out of a ditch.

The physics that put the first guy (or you) in the ditch will also put the next guy in where you are standing. Drive away, walk away, whatever you do, but get out of there.

Don't be the guy in this video just sitting there wondering why that semi truck jackknifed. Sounding suprised, "oh, look, here comes another......
